Our History

Historical Evolution

Since 2004, Grupo Glofack Comercial has consolidated its presence through strategic investments in the mining, agricultural, industrial and real estate sectors, contributing to the sustainable development of Angola.

2004

Foundation

Establishment of GLOFACK COMERCIAL, led by Glória Toko Simão Lutumba, with mobile phone sales activity in the provinces of Luanda, Sul and Saurimo.

2006

Commercial Expansion

Evolution into the advertising business and sale of graphic raw materials, meeting market demands.

2010

New Headquarters

Opening of the Luanda branch, enabling the company's growth and expansion into new sectors.

2015

Diversification

Acquisition of land in Uíge Province for the development of agricultural, mining and forestry projects.

2016

Territorial Expansion

Acquisition and legalization of seven farms totaling approximately 3,700 km² intended for the group's strategic projects.

2017

Mining Discovery

Discovery of GALENA (lead ore) deposits in Uíge Province, giving rise to the Madimba Mining Project.

2018

Financing

Prospecting studies and securing of international financing for the execution of structuring projects.

2020-2021

Licensing

Approval of licenses and permits for the main mining, agricultural and industrial projects.

2022-2024

MADIMBA Project

Launch of the lead processing refinery with support from AIPEX and assets valued at over USD 73 million.
